Why should I use a foam roller?
- They help to relieve muscle tension
- Increases range of motion and flexibility – important for Zumba classes to heavy squats
- Removes lactic acid to aid with recovery
- Increases blood flow to your muscles, improving the delivery of oxygen during your workout
Can everyone use a foam roller?
Short answer – No. Certain medications and physical conditions such as pregnancy can impact your use of the foam roller. We will cover all of these in detail to assess if the foam roller is best for
