From the moment you walk through our doors you will see that “all fitness centres are not created equal”. Here at Health Mates will ensure that you experience the best service and stay on the cutting edge of the latest equipment.

Your membership includes:

• Personalised Exercise Programs:
  Our qualified staff will sit down and put together a program to focus on your specific needs and requirements. We will take into account any medical conditions or injuries you may have and ensure the program we design for you is not only safe, but effective.
  
• Program Reviews:
  Continuous program reviews are encouraged to help you stay on track with your exercise routine. To see continued results, we believe it is important to alter your exercise routine regularly.
  
• Fitness Appraisals:
  We provide fitness assessments to show you where you are situated with your fitness and strength. Constant monitoring of your results will help track your improvements and maintain your motivation.
  
• Group Fitness Classes:
  We have a great range of fitness classes to suit all levels and abilities, including Cycling, Pilates, Yoga & Senior's Classes (please refer to the fitness class section of this website for details).
  
• Cardio and resistance equipment:
  Unlimited use of our modern cardiovascular and resistance training equipment. All of our cardio equipment has the ability to monitor your heart rate plus various program options, ensuring a safe, yet effective workout.
  

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We offer a range of membership styles, including direct debit, one month and 10 visit passes. Rates vary depending on the category of membership you choose. Don't forget to ask about our discounted (60 yrs +) rates.
