Our Personal Trainers are ready to help you get there. Working with a Personal Trainer means that you’re not alone in working towards your goals. You have support all the way.
A problem shared is a problem halved and now it doesn't seem so scary.

ONE ON ONE!
If you would like to work with your trainer one on one then this can be done.
They will:
· Identify your current fitness level
· Together set a goal
· Work out a time line for you to reach your end goal
· Help you to work out at the level you need to
· Keep your workout interesting and fun
If you would like to start one on one training then fill out an enquiry at Health Mates reception.

Introducing SMALL GROUP TRAINING!
Like the thought of Personal Training but also like to work out with friends? Then small group training is what you are after. You will train with the same group for 8weeks to work on your goals together.
When does this start?  Mid August

To arrrange a personal trainer, simply see Health Mates reception and fill in our personal training register. From here we will arrange the perfect trainer to suit your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made to Health Mates or directly to your personal trainer and must be made five hours prior to the commencement of the your session.

For sessions before 10am, notification of cancellations must be given by 9pm the night before.

Where exceptional circumstances arise, your trainer may choose to waive any penalties at their discretion.

A penalty of half the cost will be charged to any person(s) that do not attend a session.

If you do not attend more than one session without proper notice being given then you may forfeit the entire charge.

The fee must be paid directly to Health Mates Fitness Centre.
