Rip:60 is a suspension training system based on utilising your own bodyweight as the resistance. It is a training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core strength for people of all fitness levels. Suspension training encourages multi-planar training which integrates instability and multidimensional movement. This will bring a muscular balance to your body, increasing performance and preventing injuries. Health Mates will be one of the first fitness centres in Australia to use this revolutionary piece of equipment. Therefore we have introduced a 4 week program consisting of 30 minutes sessions guaranteed to transform your body!
