500 FOR THE FIGHT |

| Do you have excess kilos to shed? Do you want to help fight the cause of Breast Cancer?
We've set the goal, but we can't fight the fight without YOU! As a team we are aiming to lose 500kg by Pink Ribbon Day on 28th October. Men, women, members and non-members of Health Mates all welcome. How does it work? 1. Complete an entry form pledging how many kilos you intend to lose. It might be 3kg, it might be 23kg! You choose. 2. Once you've completed your FREE sign-up we'll arrange your official weigh in (to be done at Health Mates anytime between 1 - 14 July). 3. Each week we'll email you nutrition and exercise tips to assist you with your weight loss, helping you set small goals along the way. 4. We ask that you weigh in anytime during the first week of every month. This will help you keep on track and help us see how close we are to our 500kg goal. 5. Ask you friends and family to sponsor you for every kilo you lose. If you lose 5kg they donate $5. Simple - the more you lose the more you raise for research into breast cancer. 6. The person who raises the most will win a 3 month membership at Health Mates plus a 5 pack of Personal Training sessions worth $640. 7. Revesby Workers' Club will match dollar for dollar. So if we raise $1,000, the club will contribute an extra $1,000! Support the Cancer Council's research, prevention and support services for those affected by breast cancer.
