WHAT’S HAPPENING WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
Health Mates will re-open Monday 29 June and you are welcome back!
We offer many membership types, so please scroll down to the membership type you have for more information specific to you (eg Direct Debit, 1 month or 10 visit pass).
The first billing date will be 2 July, 2020 falling in line with our usual debit dates.
To welcome you back, reward you for your loyalty and to thank you for your patience while we complete the upgrade works at Health Mates we are applying a 50% discount on your first fortnightly debit on 2 July, 2020.
As of 16 July, 2020 your debit will return to the amount you were paying prior us closing.
You will not be charged for the first 3 days from 29 June to 1 July as we owe you 3 days from when we closed on 23 March.
Not ready to come back yet? We appreciate that not everyone is ready to start working out, so if you need a little more time you can place your membership on a complimentary time-hold for the debits due on 2 July 2020 and 16 July 2020. If you had already placed your membership on time-hold for these dates they will automatically be free for you too.

1 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS:
You will have the remaining portion of your 1 month membership available to start using as of 29 June, 2020. We have calculated the portion of your membership that you were unable to use when we closed on 23 March 2020 and have amended your expiry date automatically.
If you’re not quite ready to come back just yet you can defer your membership re-start date until 3 August, 2020.
If you plan to delay your re-start, please click below by 24 June, 2020 to advise us.
10 VISIT PASS:
You are welcome to start using your remaining visits on your 10 visit pass as of 29 June 2020.
We have automatically extended the expiry date on your 10 visit pass by 15 weeks, two weeks longer than we were closed.
You do not need to take any action as will amend your expiry date on our system for you.
