Thank you to those who have been supporting our classes over the past few weeks. It's been great seeing you and our instructors back in action!
Now that Health Mates will be open as of Monday there'll be a few changes to classes;
1) Classes are capped at 20, so bookings via the Health Mates app will be essential. If you change you mind please cancel no later than 60min beforehand via our app.
2) Classes for the next few weeks will be held in the club's auditorium, function rooms or carpark - locations will be noted on our app.
3) Please have your membership card scanned at Health Mates prior to heading to your booked class.
4) Your Health Mates membership or 10 visit pass will include classes ($10 fee was only applicable while we were closed). Casual visitors $22.
5) Allow extra time when arriving for a class as you will be required to have your temperature taken as you enter Revesby Workers' & card scanned at the gym prior to heading to your class location.
6) Remember your water & towel (make it a large one if doing floor based classes like Stretch, Pilates & Yoga).

We’ll be open at 5am on Mon 29 June, ready and waiting to welcome you all back! Please allow a little extra time when you arrive at the club to show your membership card and have your temperature checked before heading into the gym. If you plan to use the club facilities before or after your workout you will be required to have your license (other forms of photo ID may be accepted) scanned by the club door staff prior to entering the club. Time for some trouble-shooting. If you've downloaded our app and are a member with Health Mates, but having trouble booking a class try this:
1) Open the Health Mates app
2) Select profile icon (bottom right)
3) Select 'settings'
4) Scroll down and 'log out'
5) Re-log into the app and try to book your class

Please remember when you first set up the app you will need to confirm your account via the email you were sent. If you miss this step your account will not be active and you won't be able to book classes. Allow approx 24-48hrs once you've confirmed your account before you're able to book.

FAQ: I've downloaded the Health Mates app, but still can't seem to book a class? Here are some things to check:
1) When you download the app you will create your account (unless you already have a mywellness account in which case you can use your existing password and email address. Just follow the steps in the app to set up your account up.
2) Check your emails (including spam). You would have been sent a request to 'confirm account'. Click the blue button to confirm. If this hasn't been done yet, you won't have access to bookings.
3) In the app click on 'Classes' and find the day of the week you are interested in doing a class. If there are no classes displayed we are not running classes that day or have not rostered that far yet (please be patient as we are currently displaying one week at a time).
4) If you have done the above and you still can't book please try again in 24 hours. There is a manual process at our end to approve you for bookings, so please allow some time for us to do this for you.
