Have you had your exercise program developed?

Have you been following the same exercise program for more than 6 to 8 weeks?

If you just answered yes it is time for a change. Book in to see our Exercise Advisors for a re-program, which again is free for members and $29 for 500 For The Fight Participants.

Did you attend Mission Slim Possible?

Regularly weigh-in for success 

If you have not weighed in yet for fear that you have not lost, or may have put on weight, that’s okay. We ask that you weigh in 4 times throughout the challenge so we can monitor your success and help you if you are not achieving the results you seek. If you have not weighed in for the second time please see us to do so by the 30 August 2013.

Collecting Sponsorship

Raising money just became even easier. Simply download the ‘Sponsor Me’ letter and send it to your family and friends. When they reply with their pledge, fill in your sponsorship sheet to keep track of all of your donations. At the end of the challenge collect the funds from all of your contributors. Any donation made over $2 is tax deductable. *A tax receipt will be sent to them from the National Breast Cancer Foundation if they request one. Remember to provide Health Mates with their email or postal address for receipt.
