Why exercise alone when you can have much more fun in a group exercise class?  With close to 50 classes per week, we offer a huge range of class styles suiting all fitness levels.

Motivation

Exercising with others brings out our competitive edge. It’s hard to quit when the people around you are still going. This is great motivation for pushing personal boundaries and achieving goals.

Professional instruction

Correct technique is essential for the prevention of injuries and to maximize results. Feel confident that the instructor will demonstrate and lead you safely through your exercise. This is a great way to learn new exercises too. All of our instructors are registered exercise professionals with Fitness Australia.

Fun

If you find yourself getting bored with your personal workouts and need an element of variety, fun and interaction, classes are the way to go. With the music pumping and a motivating instructor leading the way, the time flies.
