Classes will be back on as of 17 October 2021 and our instructors are pumped to be back. Our timetable may look a little different since the last time we saw you, but we will be constantly assessing and tweaking it as we approach summer.

Our class timetable will be posted on our website closer to our opening date. Until then classes will be visible from our Health Mates app.

Our usual class booking system will be available via our app. You will be able to book a class three days in advance and bookings will open at 8am (same as pre-lockdown).

IMPORTANT: there is no need to book if you plan to use the gym floor only.

Classes will be capped at 20 participants; however this will change as the state Government amends restrictions.

All class participants will be required to wear a mask during the class, unless you hold an exemption.

You will be able to book a maximum of two classes per day. We are mindful of providing a fair opportunity for all members to attend classes. If you want to attend more than two on the same day you may if there is a vacancy (you will be able to monitor this via our app), however you will not be able to reserve a place and will need to advise our reception staff or your instructor to add you to the list prior to the class starting.

If you miss out on a place you can opt in on our waiting list. Everyone on the waiting list will be notified when a position becomes available – first in best dressed. Please ensure you have your app notifications turned on so you can receive these and reserve a spot if it arises.

Can I cancel my booking? Yes, via our app. We understand that your plans may change and ask for a minimum of 60mins notice if they do to allow time for someone else to take your place.

If you don’t show or provide at least 60 minutes notice to cancel your booking you will incur a strike. If you receive two strikes within 30 days you will be unable to book a class for 30 days from the date of your first strike. You may still attend a class if there is a vacancy, however will lose your privilege to reserve a place.

When you arrive for your class please see Health Mates reception to have your RWC card scanned. Your instructor will also record your class attendance based on your booking, so please arrive 5-10mins early so we can get the class started on time.

At the end of your class we will ask you to clean/sanitise (we will provide cleaning products) any equipment used and promptly depart from the room to minimise contact with the following class participants and to ensure the next class can kick off on time.

Classes have been scheduled to allow safe transitioning time between lessons. Please respect this and leave the studio as soon as you have cleaned and packed away your equipment and gathered your belongings.

Please only bring essentials into the studios (ie water, towel & any equipment you plan to use).

Please avoid congregating around the studio entry at the start and end of your class – respect social distancing.

There will be markers on the floor to indicate 1.5m distance. We appreciate that not all classes are stationary, but want to remind everyone to maintain social distancing.

Rev classes will have bike locations marked. We know some of you have favourite spots, but request you use these markers for the safety of yourself and fellow cyclists.

Bring a towel, water bottle and mat (if you have one).

If you have your own weights, Pilates/Yoga props or bands, you are welcome to bring these along to classes.


How to book or cancel a class:

ii) Confirm your account via the email you will be sent. If you didn’t receive the email check your spam account.

iii) Download our free Health Mates App


To book a spot in a class:

  • Open our app
  • Click on Class Timetable.
  • Scroll to the date you want to attend (across the top) and click it.
  • Scroll to find your class.
  • Select ‘Book’.


To cancel your booking:

  • Open our app
  • Click on Class Timetable.
  • Scroll to the date and class you had booked.
  • Select ‘Delete Booking’.
