Raquel has been with Health Mates for over 5 years. During this time she has developed a reputation for getting the most out of her clients. She is an avid CrossFit goer an can squat more than some males!

Ben is the one you may hear on the floor the most! He’s often laughing, having a good time and always pushing his clients to “do one more!”. His programs are concise and goal oriented. Ben has a keen interest in injury rehabilitation.

Liam is as fit as a fiddle and has the knowledge to back it. As the winning trainer of the Weight Loss Challenge 2014 and international level sports person, Liam specialises in sport specific training, fitness and weight loss.
