I am currently following a program that was tailored to suit my pre-determined goals. My most recent program focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It is a combination of both weights and cardio designed to assist me lose weight; and so far so good!

What have you achieved so far with your training?

Utililising my personal HIIT program along with a modified diet I have achieved a near 14 kilo weight loss in approximately 12 weeks. I am incredibly happy with my progress, as is my Personal Trainer, Ben.

What advice would you give to someone in a similar position to what you were?

My biggest advice to those wanting to achieve similar goals is to use the gym facilities correctly, with the guidance of a trainer; whether that be via paid Personal Training sessions or Health Mates’ free programming service. They will help you achieve your goals if you are willing to put in the work!
