4 easy tips for turning your 2013 weaknesses into your 2014 success!

What didn’t you do in 2013 that could have made you healthier? Do it in 2014!

1. Throw out your junk food.

If you bought too much junk food, throw it out!
Clean out the fridge and pantry. Get rid of the jink food. Make a fresh start. Write a shopping list each week. Fill your kitchen with natural, fresh, wholesome foods.

2. Get in the kitchen and cook.

If you ate too many meals out, get in the kitchen and cook!
Make it from scratch. Try new recipes. Experiment with different flavours. Cook and enjoy!

3. Get up earlier and eat breakfast.

If you skipped breakfast and pigged out on sugary snacks duirng the day, set your alarm, get up earlier and eat breakfast! Buy a blender and make breakfast smoothies. Slow down and enjoy eating.

4. Start the day with a glass of water.

If you didn’t drink enough water, make it a priority. Start the day with a big glass. Pre-fill drink bottles and store them in the fridge and pantry. For every coffee you drink, drink double the about in water. Stay hydrated and ditch the soft drink and energy drinks.
