Update Your Program

Your Membership includes FREE programs and fitness appraisals with our qualified trainers. We’ll get you moving and well on your way to achieving your goals by writing you a personalised program that you can follow on each visit. It’s simple. Make an appointment at reception for a time that suits you. We make appointments from 5.30am until 8.30pm at night; we can even help you out on the weekend. In 6-8 weeks we will review your progress!

Exercise is important, but to see real results, so too is your nutrition! The Food 4 Life program is designed to get you thinking and acting differently, yet realistically, towards your food.
