The simple answer is yes! If you have a goal or have been working towards one, are just starting out or have reached a plateau in your training, it’s time for a program written by one of our qualified trainers. The best part? It’s absolutely FREE because you are a valued member of Health Mates.

WHAT IS AN EXERCISE PROGRAM?

A program is written by a qualified trainer, prescribing exercises specifically aimed at helping you attain your fitness goals in a safe and healthy manner. It’s written down for you; all you need to do is grab your card each session and complete. Have a new program created every 6-8 weeks to avoid plateaus and to get results.

WHAT ARE MEASUREMENTS?

Measurements are where we weigh you and take girth measurements of specific sites, including hip, thigh, arm and the like. This gives you a great starting point for goal setting and progress monitoring. Have them taken again every 6-8 weeks to see how you are tracking.

CAN I HAVE ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER?

Yes! But we recommend that you have both. Monitoring your progress is the best way of keeping motivation and therefore getting results. Variety is the spice of life – having a new program makes your sessions fun and varied.
