How to Do the Basic Pull-up

Begin from a dead hang: arms fully extended, hands about shoulder width apart (palms facing out for pullups), elbows straight, chest up, shoulders back and tight, eyes trained on the bar above.

Caffeine… how much is too much?

We consume caffeine through many beverages. V energy drinks give you 31mg of caffeine from one 100ml can, a cup of coffee will range between 90-150mg and a can of Coke will give you 40mg of caffeine.
